Leilani is a publicist for BookSparks, where she works with authors across genres—from memoir and YA to literary fiction. Her favorite genres are literary fiction and mysteries, but she’s always excited to support new voices and compelling stories. She has secured coverage for her clients in outlets such as People Magazine, The New York Times, and BookTrib.

Although she now calls Chicago home, Leilani graduated from Arizona State University in 2022 with a major in Journalism and Mass Communication and a double minor. Shortly after graduation, she relocated from Arizona to Chicago, where she has embraced windy days and the vibrant Midwest literary scene.

Leilani fell in love with reading at a young age. When she’s not lost in a book, you can usually find her taking film photos, trying out new coffee shops, or immersed in nature.
