For the 12th year in a row, BookSparks hosts their annual Summer Reading Challenge (#SRC2021). They’ve brought together more than 30 of this summer’s hottest releases, hundreds of bookstagrammers, brands, their guest host author Jenny Lee, and their celebrity guest Camila Alves McConaughey to celebrate summer reading.

The theme of this year’s challenge is Summer Bucket List, which challenges participants to create two lists: their Summer Book-It List of their top summer reads, and their Summer Bucket List of activities they’d like to do over summer. This enters readers to win a fantastic grand prize, provided by their partner Minted. Learn more about this summer’s challenge and sign up to read along all season long.

This year’s challenge kicked off with Reese’s Book Club’s May Pick, The Last Thing He Told Me by Laura Dave. In addition to the official BookSparks Summer Book-It list, BookSparks has tapped the #bookstagram community to vote for their most-anticipated summer reads, and Bookstagrammers will be taking over the BookSparks Instagram Stories to share their summer reading picks.
