What is your favorite book of all time and why? I always say Wicked by Gregory Maguire. I was obsessed with the musical at 13 but the book never clicked. I put it aside for about four years, and when I picked it back up it was amazing! It’s a great example of how books can mean different things at different points in your life.
What would people be surprised to know about you?I played ice hockey for 12 years.
What is your dream vacation?I want to go back to Ireland! I’d stay in the countryside until I absorbed my family’s accent.
What can we find you doing when you are not at work?Listening to audiobooks and knitting (usually at the same time), binge watching Netflix, browsing décor websites or accidentally killing all my plants.
What are three things on the top of your bucket list?
I’m on a five-year-plan kick at the moment, so here’s a before I’m 30 list:
1. Finish knitting the sweater that I started two years ago
2. Tell my dentist how often I floss without embarrassment
3. Run all the fun Chicago 5Ks that I can (Run for the Zoo, etc.)
