Phoenix, Ariz. – After being acquired by SparkPoint Studio in 2014, She Writes has seen exciting growth. In addition to a relaunch of the site, membership has grown to over 32,000.  In Spring 2017, She Writes University, a program designed to educate and accelerate women’s writing careers was launched. The webinar series featured Rebecca Skloot New York Times bestselling author of The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks, Dani Shapiro and five other writing and publishing experts who contributed a series of powerful courses. By the time She Writes celebrated its 7th birthday, an onslaught of accomplishments and milestones set the pace for what’s to come from the world’s largest online community for women writers.
